Operating in the field of metal carpentry and medium-heavy metal constructions for more than ten years, we are able to satisfy most of the demands for individually designed steel constructions of different kinds and weights.
Today the enterprise operates on an area of 1,500 roofed sqm. equipped with:
- gantries from 5 to 10 tons able to lift single pieces of 30,000 Kg each
- level and square workbenches measuring 6,000 for 3,000 mm
- We deliver pieces of metal carpentry complete of machine works, heat treatments, varnishing, galvanization and final assembly
- We weld carbon steel, weldox, stainless steel and aluminum with state-of-art technologies and machines of last generation.
If need be, we are able to apply patches of hard metal like INCONEL complying with high quality standards and with the highest professional competence
- 3 metres n/c - shearing machines
- 4750 mm n/c press - bent machines
- Longitudinal welding positioner up to 20 meters.
We guarantee high quality and reliability starting from the analysis of the technical design up to the final delivery of the product.
